National Commercial Bank (NCB) and Samba Financial Group (Samba) announced launching a joint website that contains information related to the contemplated merger between the banks.

 

Both banks said in separate bourse statements that the website can be accessed via the following link: https://www.ncbsambastronger.com

 

NCB entered into a legally binding agreement with Samba on Oct. 11 and agreed to take the necessary steps to implement a merger, Argaam reported.
