Al-Etihad Cooperative Insurance Co. (Al-Etihad) said that a floor collapsed in a building adjacent to the company’s headquarters in Al Khobar, following which both buildings were evacuated and the power supply was disconnected.

 

As a result, the company’s operations and services in all branches are temporarily suspended, the firm said in a bourse statement.

 

The insurer expects a temporary negative impact on Q4 2020 sales, and the relevant updates will be duly revealed, the statement added.
