Al Jouf Cement Co.’s board of directors approved the appointment of Abdulaziz Kaaki as vice chairman and Othman Al-Suwaih as temporary member of the board, during the meeting held today, Oct. 21, the company said in a filing to Tadawul.

 

The board of directors also approved appointing Abdul Wahab Abed as an independent member from outside the board in the audit committee.

 

They also gave the go-ahead for the restructuring of the committees emanating from the board of directors.

 

The appointments are pending the approval of the upcoming general meeting.
