Saudi Advanced Industries Co. (SAIC) will adopt e-voting as of Saturday, Oct. 24, on the agenda items, during its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2020, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.

 

Shareholders will vote on the audit committee formation for the three-year term ending Sept. 16, 2023 and determining its duties and remuneration.
