Wafrah for Industry & Development Co. announced the resignation of Ibrahim Mohammed Hadi Al Dagrier (independent member) from the board of directors upon being appointed as a Shura Council member, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The resignation was submitted on Oct. 19 and became effective from the same date.
