Saudi Arabian Mining Co. (Maaden) appointed Yaser bin Othman Al-Rumyyan as the chairman of the board of directors, and Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al-Jarbou as vice chairman of board, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The decision came during the first meeting of the board of directors in the new three-year term, started Oct. 25, 2020.

 

In addition, the board of directors formed and assigned members to the executive committee, safety and sustainability committee, and, nomination and remuneration committee, in accordance with the responsibilities and authorities stated in the respective committee charters.
