Al Khaleej Training shareholders to elect board members on Dec. 21

Al Khaleej Training and Education Co.’s shareholders are set to vote on electing members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting on Feb. 12, 2021, during the ordinary general meeting that will be held on Dec. 21, 2020.
Shareholders will also elect members of the audit committee, set its tasks, controls, and remunerations for the new term, the company said in a bourse statement.
They will vote on electing Abdullah Al-Husseini as the committee chairman, with Ahmed Al-Shidawi, Omar Al-Bilhaid and Lotfi Qassem Shehada as members.
