Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co.’s (GO) board of directors approved today, Oct. 27, the appointment of Essa bin Yaslam Baessa as chairman and Yazid bin Saleh Al-Subaie as vice chairman.

 

The board approved the appointment of Saad bin Umar Al Baiz as secretary of the board, the telecom operator said in a filing to Tadawul.

 

In addition, the board voted on forming the remuneration and audit committees.

 

The appointments are pending the approval of the general meeting.
