Shareholders of Saudi Advanced Industries Co. (SAIC) approved, during the ordinary general meeting held on Oct. 28, the audit committee formation for the three-year term, ending Sept. 16, 2023, and determining its duties and remuneration.

 

The new committee includes Turki M. Al-Baiz, Khalid M. Al-Moammar and Mohammed Farhan Al-Nader, the company said in a bourse statement.
