Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co. announced today, Nov. 3, 2020, that board member Mazen Soliman Fakeeh resigned on Oct. 21, 2020, due to personal reasons.

 

Fakeeh was also the chairman of nomination and remuneration committee, and a member of the risk committee.

 

The resignation was accepted by the board of directors on Oct. 29, 2020, provided that it applies from Nov. 1, 2020.

 

Fakeeh started with Saudi Enaya as non-independent board member from March 8, 2018.
