Thob Al Aseel Co.’s board of directors approved the resignation of audit committee member, Ibrahim Al Jedaie, to be replaced with Tariq Al Tuwaijri, according to a bourse statement.

 

The resignation, to be effective as of today, Nov. 3, was submitted by the member due to personal reasons.

 

The appointment is pending the approval of the upcoming general meeting.
