National Commercial Bank’s (NCB) board of directors approved, today, Nov. 3, the retirement request of CEO Faisal Alsakkaf, effective Dec. 31, 2020, the lender said in a filing to Tadawul.

 

Meanwhile, the board of directors approved the appointment of Talal Alkhereiji as acting CEO from Jan. 1, 2021.

 

Alkhereiji has over 25 years of experience in the banking and financial sector. He holds a Master’s degree in International Business and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from Georgetown University, the US.
