Saudi Steel Pipe appoints new audit committee member

Saudi Steel Pipe Co.’s board of directors approved the resignation of audit committee member, Carlos Ferreyra, to be replaced with Claudio Andres Tocco, according to a bourse statement.
The resignation, effective from Nov. 4, was submitted by the member so that he can concentrate on other affairs of the board.
However, Ferreyra will continue serving as member of the board of directors of Saudi Steel Pipe Co.
Meanwhile, Tocco will complete the remaining period of the term of current committee until June 6, 2022.
The appointment is pending the approval of the upcoming general meeting.
