National Agricultural Marketing Co. (Thimar) said it was unable to disclose Q3 2020 financial results within the regulatory period.

 

Thimar said in a bourse filing that it has not yet finalized its preliminary financial statements for the first nine months of FY19, financial statements for FY ending Dec. 31, 2019, Q1 2020 ending March 31, 2020 and Q2 2020 ending June 30, 2020, due to finalizing documents requested by the external auditor.

 

The Q3 2020 financial statements will be disclosed upon finalizing delayed financial results for Q3 2019, FY19, Q1 2020 and Q2 2020, the statement added.
