City Cement Co. sold 49,114 fractional shares on Oct. 29, 2020 at SAR 20.50 per share for a total of SAR 1.01 million, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The funds will be deposited into shareholders accounts on Nov. 22, 2020, the statement added.

 

In August, the company’s shareholders approved a 26% capital cut to SAR 1.4 billion from SAR 1.89 billion on having a capital surplus, Argaam reported.
