Development Works Food Co.’s board of directors approved today, Nov. 11, 2020, the resignation of audit committee member, Hisham Almogren (executive), according to a bourse statement.

 

The board also approved appointing Musa Al Fouzan (independent member), as per the recommendation of the nomination and remuneration committee.

 

The appointment is pending the approval of the upcoming general meeting.
