Red Sea International Co.’s board of directors approved today, Nov. 11, the resignation of board member Mohamed Hosni Jazeel (non-executive), due to personal reasons.

 

Jazeel will continue to be a member in the audit and executive committees till the end of the current term on May 21, 2021, according to a bourse statement.

 

The board also approved the appointment of CEO Tarek Bin Mohamed Telmesani as an executive member, effective as of Nov. 12, 2020, upon the recommendation from the nominations and renumeration committee.

 

Telmesani will complete the remaining period of Jazeel's term until May 21, 2021.
