Alujain Holding Corp. announced, on Nov. 15, 2020, the resignation of board member, Saad bin Shaher Al-Harbi (non-executive), due to personal reasons.

 

The resignation was submitted on Nov. 12, and will be effective from Dec. 31, 2020, the company added in a bourse statement.
