BinDawood to pay 20% cash dividend for Q2, Q3 2020 on Nov. 30

BinDawood Holding Co. will pay cash dividend for the second and third quarters of 2020, as of Monday, Nov. 30, according to a bourse statement.
Shareholders of record at the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) on Thursday, Nov. 19, as well as on the second trading day following the record date will be eligible for the dividend distribution.
The board of directors earlier recommended a 20% cash dividend for Q2 and Q3 2020, at SAR 2 per share, amounting to SAR 228.6 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.
