Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co.’s shareholders elected new board of directors for the next three-year term starting on Jan. 1, 2021, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders also formed a new audit committee for the same three-year term, in addition to setting its tasks and remuneration, the statement added.
