The Securities Depository Center (Edaa) credits, today, Nov. 18, the subscribed securities of Mobile Telecommunication Company Saudi Arabia (Zain KSA) to the accounts of eligible securities' holders.

 

According to the data available with Argaam, Zain Saudi offered, in October, 450 million shares through rights issue at SAR 10 per share, with a total value of SAR 4.5 billion, in order to increase the company's capital from SAR 4.48 billion to SAR 8.98 billion.

 

The rights issue was 86.76% subscribed at the end of scheduled period, and the remaining rights issue shares were 469.1% subscribed.
