Al Yamamah Steel Industries Co. was awarded a SAR 103.5 million contract, with Larsen & Toubro Saudi Arabia, to supply steel towers for the 380 kV ultra-high-voltage line from Arar station to Rafha station, according to a bourse filing.

 

Al Yamamah also bagged another contract with Larsen & Toubro Saudi Arabia, valued at SAR 98.8 million, to supply steel towers for the 380 kV ultra-high-voltage line from Rafha station to Qaisumah station.

 

Contracts are forecast to be inked on Jan. 30, 2021, the statement added.

 

The steel manufacturer will deliver the required structures for both projects as of May 2021 until July 2022.

 

Both agreements included no related parties, the statement added.
