Development Works Food Co.’s board of directors approved, on Sunday, Nov. 29, the resignation of its non-executive board member, Mohammed bin Saad Al-Ashri, effective today, Nov. 30.

 

Al-Ashri submitted his resignation on Nov. 1, 2020, citing personal reasons, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The board appointed Anas bin Saleh Al-Amoud as an independent member, effective Dec. 1, 2020.

 

Al-Amoud holds a master's degree in business administration and finance. He held many leadership positions and has extensive experience in the administrative and financial business field.

 

The appointment is pending the approval of the upcoming general meeting.
