Etihad Atheeb shareholders approve audit committee

Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co.'s (GO) shareholders approved forming the audit committee for the upcoming three-year term, starting Dec. 1, 2020, during the ordinary general meeting, according to a bourse statement.
Shareholders also determined the remuneration and duties for the committee members.
The committee include Ayman Al-Jabir (independent member), as well as Hani Kattan and Omar and Shanaa (non-executive members).
