Saudi Fisheries shareholders to vote on formation of audit committee Dec. 30

Saudi Fisheries Co.'s shareholders will discuss forming the audit committee for the three-year term ending Oct. 24, 2023, during the ordinary general meeting that will be held on Dec. 30, 2020, according to a bourse statement.
Shareholders will also vote on setting the duties and remuneration of the audit committee members.
The candidates are Mansour Al-Sagheer as the committee chairman, as well as Haitham Al-Qosaibi and Turki Al-Luhaid as members.
Shareholders registered at the Securities Depository Centre (Edaa) at the end of trading on the day preceding the general meeting date are entitled to attend the meeting.
