National Agriculture Marketing Co. (Thimar) announced that the board of directors approved, today, Dec. 9, the resignation of Fayez Al Zaidi from the board and the nomination and remuneration committee, according to a bourse statement.

 

The resignation, submitted for personal reasons, is effective from the approval data.
