Shareholders of Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co. (Saudi Enaya) approved amending the company’s corporate governance during the extraordinary general meeting held on Dec. 14, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders approved amending Articles of Association related to the corporate governance, audit committee, and the nomination and remuneration committee manuals.

 

They also approved amending the company's objectives, ownership in the company, the company’s capital, stock trading, capital increase and reduction.

 

Other amendments approved include termination of board membership, as well as the board chairman and managing director’s remuneration, the statement added.
