Middle East Specialized Cables Co.’s chairman of the board of directors, Abdulaziz Alnamlah, submitted his resignation citing personal reasons, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The resignation was accepted by the board of directors and becomes effective Jan. 1, 2021.

 

Meanwhile, the board named the deputy chairman, Yahya Al-Qunaibit, as acting board chairman until appointment of a new chairman, the statement added.
