Southern Province Cement Co. will open the electronic voting on the items of the company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) on Sunday, Dec. 20, 2020, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The e-voting will continue until the end of OGM on Dec. 24, 2020, the statement added.

 

Shareholders will elect a new board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting Jan.1, 2021.

 

Shareholders registered in Tadawulaty portal can vote via http://www.tadawulaty.com.sa
