Dubai-listed Arabtec Holding, and some of its subsidiaries, have filed for insolvent liquidation according to the shareholders’ resolutions passed at the general assembly meetings held on Sept. 30 and Nov. 30, 2020.

 

The decision came also in light of the board of directors’ decisions taken on Nov. 30.
