MESC starts e-voting for OGM today

Middle East Specialized Cables Co. (MESC) starts today, Dec. 20, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on Dec. 23, according to a bourse filing.
The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system in line with the government’s efforts to prevent spread of coronavirus.
Earlier, the company invited its shareholders to vote on amendment of its governance regulation, as well as remunerations policy for board of directors, committees and executive management, according to data compiled by Argaam.
