United Cooperative Assurance Co. (UCA) will elect a new board of directors for the upcoming three-year term, starting Jan. 13, 2021, during the extraordinary general assembly meeting scheduled for Jan. 13, 2021.

 

Shareholders will also ratify the amendment of the company's Articles of Association, including the establishment, objectives, share trading, capital top-up, capital reduction, management, the powers of the board of directors and its chairman.
