Jazan Energy and Development Co. (JAZADCO) saw a negotiated deal on its shares today, Dec. 29, where around 1.14 million shares were privately traded at a negotiated price of SAR 16.80 per share, for a total of SAR 19.2 million.
The deal represents almost 2.3% of the company's total shares reaching 50 million.
