National Agricultural Marketing Co.'s (Thimar) board of directors, on Dec. 31, 2020, approved the resignation of executive member Muhammad Al-Otaibi, the company said in a bourse filing today, Jan 5, 2021.

 

The resignation was submitted for personal reasons, the statement added.
