Saudi Advanced Industries Co.'s (SAIC) board of directors approved the resignation of member Salman Al-Hawawi on Jan. 14, the company said in a filing to Tadawul.

 

The resignation, submitted for Al-Hawawi's urgent practical engagements, took effect from the approval date.
