A Basic Chemical Industries factory

Basic Chemical Industries Co. accepted the resignation of chief executive officer Osama Farouk Abdulhamid, effective Jan. 20, 2021, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The resignation was submitted for personal reasons.

 

According to the data available with Argaam, Abdulhamid was appointed CEO in March 2016.

 

The company assigned Abdulhamid as CEO in July 2015, following the resignation of Salah Manai Ali Al-Yami.
