Saudi Cable Co. shareholders will hold an ordinary general assembly meeting on February 17, to vote on the appointment of audit committee members, as well as setting their responsibilities and remunerations for the new term starting from Feb. 17, 2021 till the end of the current term on Jan. 13, 2024.
