Sumou Real Estate office

Sumou Real Estate Co. announced an early settlement of a loan obtained from a local bank, amounting to SAR 110 million, according to a bourse filing today, Feb. 16, 2021.

 

This settlement will contribute in reducing financing expenses, which will reflect positively on the company's financial results, starting from the first half of 2021.
