Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance Co.'s board of directors recommended today, March 3, withholding dividend for the fiscal year 2020, the insurer said in a filing to Tadawul.

 

The move, which is subject to the approval of the ordinary general meeting, aims to boost the company's financial position.
