Tabuk Agricultural Development Co. (TADCO) postponed its extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM), slated to be held on March 9, 2021, due to the lack of quorum.

 

The new date for the meeting will be announced after obtaining the required regulatory approvals, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders were slated to vote on increasing the company’s capital during the meeting.
