Alujain Holding Corp.’s board of directors approved today, March 14, 2021, the resignation of independent board member, Ali bin Abdulaziz Al-Turki, submitted on Thursday, March 11, 2021.

 

The resignation, citing work obligations, will come into effect from March 31, 2021, the company said in a bourse filing.
