Buruj Cooperative Insurance Co.'s board of directors, on March 22, 2021, recommended withholding dividend for 2020, the insurer said in a filing to Tadawul.

 

The move aims to support and strengthen the company's financial position.

 

The recommendation is pending the approval of the upcoming general meeting, the date of which will be determined later.
