Saudi Cable announces resignation of 3 board members

Saudi Cable Co. announced that three independent board members, who are also audit committee members, resigned today, March 23, 2021, according to a bourse filing.
The resignations were attributed to the lack of clarity in the dealing policy between the committee and the executive management.
The three board members are Noha Abdulghani Sulaimani, Azhar Medo Kenji, and Nael Samir Fayez.
The date for the acceptance of resignations by the board of directors will be announced later, the company said, adding that the resulting financial impact is not determined yet.
