Makkah Construction and Development Co. shareholders will vote on withholding dividend for the fiscal year ended Dec. 15, 2020, due to the lack of profits, during the ordinary general assembly meeting slated for April 19.

 

They will also endorse the board and auditor reports, as well as financial statements. Shareholders will approve payment of SAR 2.2 million as a bonus to board members for the fiscal year.

 

Shareholders will vote on the agenda items as of April 15, 2021, through Tadawulaty services.
