Walaa Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors recommended, on March 29, 2021, withholding dividend for 2020, the insurer said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The move, which is subject to the approval of the ordinary general meeting, aims to preserve the company’s capital to support its growth plans.
