Aljazira Takaful Taawuni Co.’s board of directors approved the resignation of Ziad Tareq Aba al Khail, a non-executive member of the board, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul today, March 31, 2021.

 

The resignation was submitted on March 30, 2021, for work obligations.
