Kingdom Holding Co. opened the nomination process for board of directors’ membership for the upcoming three-year session, starting June 5, 2021.

 

Nominations start today, April 4, 2021, and will end on May 4, 2021, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The nomination will be in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law issued by the Ministry of Commerce and the Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
