Arabian Pipes Co.’s shareholders are set to vote on electing members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting May 22, 2021, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on April 27.

 

Shareholders will also vote on appointing an external auditor to audit the company’s quarterly financial statements from Q2 2021 through Q1 2022, in addition to annual financials for 2021.

 

Meanwhile, they will vote on electing members of the audit committee for the same term.

 

Shareholders will be able to vote on the agenda items as of April 23, 2021, through the Tadawulaty service.
