Abdullah Saad Mohammed Abu Moati for Bookstores Co. (Abo Moati) renewed, on April 7, 2021, the Shariah-compliant credit facilities agreement with Samba Financial Group for a total of SAR 45 million.

 

The company said in a bourse statement that the duration of the financing is one year, guaranteed by a promissory note.

 

The agreement aims to finance working capital, with no related parties.
