Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Co.'s board of directors recommended today, April 12, 2021, withholding dividend for 2020, the insurer said in a filing to Tadawul.  

 

The move, subject to the approval of the ordinary general meeting, aims to boost the company's financial position.
